Like many Maine oceanfront resorts, we are not equipped with an elevator to our second floor rooms. We do offer a handicapped accessible room. Please let us know if you need a handicapped accessible room or have any other needs when you make your reservation with us. We want to make everyone’s stay special.

All Rooms and Balconies are Non-Smoking. A fee of $200 will be charged to any guest found smoking.
Pet Policy: We allow one pet under 35 pounds. There will be a noise disturbance fee if we receive complaints.
We will also charge a cleaning fee if warranted.
Deposit Policy: To guarantee your reservation, a room deposit equal to the greater of one night's stay or 50% of the total including tax, will be charged to the credit card you provide.
Cancellation Policy: if the reservation is cancelled:
Up to or more than 8 weeks, 100% refundable
Less than 8 weeks but more than 6 weeks, 50% refund
Less than 6 weeks but more than 4 weeks, 25% refund
less than 4 weeks, deposit is non-refundable
Guarantee Policy: A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in very late (after 8pm). All reservations made through this website must be guaranteed to a major credit card.
